Ar. Harshad Dongre started his early works as a self-taught artist and a craftsman with designing and composing of art pieces, furniture and small spaces. Having a deep orientation towards arts, graphics and forms from the very beginning, alleviated him further in formulating a distinctive, balanced, and a mature personal approach towards the design process. After completing his Bachelor's, he started working as an Assistant Architect and eventually an Associate Architect in reputed firms in India. Over the years of his professional experience of more than 10 years in Architectural and Interior Industry, he has worked for and has been associated with few of the top Architects and Projects in India and overseas. This period also offered him an opportunity to work upon and complete many prestigious and opulent projects ranging from Residential, Commercial and Institutional types.
  Working his way through, he developed an in depth and detail understanding of design management processes, products & construction industry which later came into application for his personal practice and also for acquiring a meticulous and a professional approach towards his own designs & projects. He thus went ahead and established the long awaited GAEA Architecture + Interiors firm, an organization based on and dedicated to the very same core principles of collaborating varied elements of arts and designs to articulate a final byproduct in terms of Architecture & Interiors.
